Our Auditing Process
First, leads generated are categorized by our skilled Lead Specialists according to the agreed BANT (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline) requirements.
Second, categorized leads are then retrieved by our Team Leaders to perform the first level of audit to ensure that the lead meets the BANT requirements.
Third, our Service Quality Manager will perform the layer of audit to approve the leads.
Lastly, only approved leads will be forwarded to clients.
Through our proactiveness and consistent customer interactions, we bridge the gap between nurturing , creating awareness, knowledge sharing to actual conversion and eventually sales closure.
