MILESTONES
1998
1st Call, a 40-seats third-party call centre was incorporated. We were one of the pioneers in the industry.
2000
Frontline Technologies invested in 1st Call.
2001
1st Call expanded to a 80-seats third party call centre.
2002
1st Call divested the business to inCall Systems, a US OTC BB company and was known as inCall Systems Pte Ltd. It was also the headquarters for the Asia Pacific region.
2007
inCall Systems Pte Ltd expanded to a 52-seats call centre in Science Park, Singapore.
2008
inCall Systems was acquired by Challenger Technologies Limited, a SGX Mainboard-listed IT products & services provider in Singapore.
2008
inCall Systems started another business unit Star Shield, the largest network of IT extended warranty and repair services in Singapore.
2010
inCall Systems expanded to a 70-seats contact centre and upgraded our PABX.
2012
inCall Systems expanded to Manila, Philippines and added another 70-seats.
2013
inCall Systems started another business unit Luxeware, specialising in high impact premium promotional and corporate gifts
2016
inCall Systems started a new business unit H.A.T, a concierge platform, providing all-round convenience for different services by connecting you to our trusted qualified service professionals island wide.
2018
inCall Systems upgraded our PABX and CRM systems.
2020
inCall Systems started a new business unit IsupporT, an on-demand IT helpdesk support for both consumers and corporates. inCall Systems started a new business unit R3NTECH, specializing in rental of IT equipment for corporates.
